ONE Apartments

Hunter Precast was proud to supply 2,170 precast panels, covering an impressive 19,784m², to the landmark ONE Apartments development in Newcastle West. As the largest project ever undertaken by Hunter Precast, this build demonstrates our capacity to deliver high-volume, high-complexity precast solutions at scale.

Our scope included façade, core, balustrade, and column panels, combining architectural design with robust structural performance across the tower’s mixed-use residential and commercial levels.

The project involved:

95 installation campaigns from November 2023 to April 2025
4,221m³ of concrete (≈10,341 tonnes)
404 tonnes of complex reinforcement cages
151 km of stock bar
115 pallets of grout (48 bags each), installed by hand

The result is a striking addition to Newcastle’s skyline, setting new standards in precision and quality for large-scale precast delivery.
